Good nutrition is one of the most powerful tools for improving health, preventing illness, and enhancing overall wellbeing. At The Ernest Foundation, we believe that everyone deserves the knowledge and confidence to prepare healthy, affordable, and delicious meals.

That is why we are excited to launch our Nutrition & Cooking Intensive Training Programme—a practical, hands-on initiative designed to help people develop lifelong healthy eating habits while learning valuable cooking skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Why This Programme Matters
Many people face challenges in maintaining a healthy diet due to rising food costs, limited cooking knowledge, or lack of confidence in the kitchen. Poor nutrition can contribute to health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

Our programme aims to change that by empowering participants with practical skills that can improve their health, save money, and bring families together around nutritious meals.

Whether you are a beginner or someone looking to improve your cooking skills, this programme offers something for everyone.

Participants will receive practical training covering:
• Principles of healthy eating and balanced nutrition
• Safe food preparation and kitchen hygiene
• Budget-friendly meal planning
• Cooking nutritious meals from fresh ingredients

Each session combines nutrition education with live cooking demonstrations and practical hands-on experience.
