Funding

All community groups who have been able to complete the ‘New Supplier Registration’ with South East London ICB should have received a purchase order, enabling them to submit an invoice for payment. Please let us know if you have not received this or have any questions relating to this process and we will action on your behalf.

For those having difficulty completing the online supplier registration, a word document form has been issued to you via email and we ask that this is returned to sophia.mitchell@selondonics.nhs.uk by Friday 21 November, to enable payment via BACS transfer on 3rd December. Forms that are not returned by this time will mean payment via BACS is made in the next payment run and we will confirm this date with you.

Data Collection

Thank you for completing the event summary form post-event, it has been great to see the work taking place in the community and the impact of this. A reminder to please encourage participants at events to complete the individual feedback form.

We also wanted to clarify that the ‘number of residents who were signposted for further advice’ in the summary form refers only to participants with an amber or red reading (outlined in the tool).
